Peachtree Group has announced the grand opening of Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ashburn, Virginia, located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. This 122-room hotel is Peachtree's seventh property completed
and opened this year. The hotel is strategically positioned in Ashburn, known as 'Data Center Alley,' a significant technology hub with high fiber carrier density and a leading data center market. The hotel is situated across from One Loudoun, a mixed-use destination with residences, shops, and restaurants, and is less than 10 miles from Dulles International Airport. Guests will enjoy modern, extended-stay accommodations with amenities such as in-room kitchens, social spaces, complimentary breakfast, and a fitness center. Peachtree's hospitality management division, which operates 112 hotels across 30 brands nationwide, will manage the property.
