The integration will leverage VHC IT's operational and customer-support infrastructure to enhance Nanox.AI's capabilities in analyzing routine CT scans for chronic disease indicators. The acquisition includes an initial payment of $200,000, with potential earnouts up to $600,000 based on performance over two years. Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of Nanox, emphasized the importance of deployment pace and implementation quality for scaling their AI business in the U.S.
