Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has divested its inherited fleet of Airbus A220 aircraft to U.S.-based leasing firm Azorra. The transaction includes two A220-300s currently leased to Angolan airline TAAG and commitments for six additional jets scheduled
for delivery in 2027-28. This move follows DAE's acquisition of Nordic Aviation Capital in 2025, from which it inherited the A220s. The sale to Azorra is part of DAE's strategy to streamline its portfolio and focus on other aircraft types.
