New Waterloo, an independent hotel management company, has announced that reservations are now open for Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel, set to open in July. This marks New Waterloo's second lifestyle hotel in Ohio within two years. The hotel is located in the
newly designated Fountain District, close to major sports venues and cultural landmarks. The Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse of the historic Gwynne Building, originally built in 1913, and designed by Ernest Flagg. The restoration blends the building's Beaux-Arts architectural style with modern elements, offering a unique experience that combines Cincinnati's history with contemporary vibrancy. The hotel features 165 guest rooms, including suites and bunkrooms, and over 7,770 square feet of event space. Amenities include a full-service restaurant, a lobby bar, a café, and a fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes and other modern equipment.
