Temasek Trust’s Catalytic Capital for Climate and Health (C3H) has led a $1.2 million funding round for Injewelme, a Singapore-based AI healthtech company. The funding will support the expansion of Injewelme's contactless health-monitoring technology,
which is designed to address climate-related health risks. The technology, known as DeepHealthVision, uses remote photoplethysmography and a regular camera to measure over 20 vital health parameters without physical contact. The funds will also aid in the development of new features for heat-stress detection and support customer acquisition in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The technology has been trialed with SingHealth Polyclinics and private-sector partners, showing a 95% detection accuracy in real-world pilots.
