Rua Al Madinah Holding, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, has entered into a partnership with Adeera, a national hospitality management company, to operate and manage two
buildings within the Rua Al Madinah Project. This project, located near the Prophet’s Mosque, will include 250 hotel rooms and 120 luxury residential units under the Alia brand. The collaboration aims to strengthen the hospitality sector by empowering national brands and enhancing Madinah's status as a cultural and urban destination. The partnership is part of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to advance sustainable development and increase accommodation capacity for visitors. Adeera will join other global hospitality brands in the project, contributing to the introduction of 17 hotel brands.
