LEGO has announced the release of its largest Lord of the Rings set to date, featuring the iconic city of Minas Tirith. This set, which includes 8,278 pieces, is priced at $649.99 and will be available to LEGO Insiders on June 1, 2026, and to the general
public on June 4, 2026. The set is designed to capture the grandeur of Minas Tirith, the capital of Gondor, using both microscale and minifigure-scale elements. It includes 10 minifigures, such as Gandalf the White and Aragorn as King Elessar, along with various accessories. The release coincides with the 25th anniversary of the first Lord of the Rings film, The Fellowship of the Ring. As part of the launch, a special Gift With Purchase, the Grond battering ram, will be available while supplies last.
