Universal Destinations & Experiences and the University of Central Florida (UCF) have announced the creation of the Universal School of Experience Leadership and Innovation. This new educational initiative, supported by a $10 million investment, aims
to develop future leaders in themed entertainment and immersive experiences. The school is part of UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management and offers a dual-school model combining experience-focused education with business strategy and service leadership. The partnership includes a new Hospitality Technology Lab, providing students with hands-on experience in areas like service robotics, AR/VR technologies, and AI applications.
