Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC, the Kempinski Residences Miami Design District will feature 132 private residences, six townhomes, and 17 guest suites. The project is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group, offering a luxury lifestyle with amenities such as a fitness center, spa, and social spaces. The development aims to bring Kempinski's legacy of luxury hospitality to a design-driven neighborhood, with completion expected in Q4 2029.
