and two RV canopy storage structures. Located near Forney High School, the development aims to serve the growing residential neighborhoods and commercial traffic along Interstate 20. Developed by CM Realty LLC, the project is expected to boost local employment during construction, which begins March 2, 2026, and ends January 29, 2027.
