Brandon Bollenbacher has been appointed as the Executive Chef at The Quail, a resort located in Carmel Valley, California. Bollenbacher will oversee all culinary operations at The Quail Lodge and Clubhouse, bringing over 15 years of experience in global
luxury hospitality to the resort's dining outlets, banquets, and special events. A native of Central California and a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Bollenbacher has previously served as Executive Chef at Vespera Resort in Pismo Beach and has worked with luxury brands such as Alila Hotels & Resorts and Aman Resorts. His experience spans international locations including Indonesia, Cambodia, and Montenegro. Bollenbacher is known for his innovative approach to menu development and culinary team mentorship. He is also set to participate in the prestigious Pebble Beach Food & Wine event in April 2026.
