Elysian Real Estate Group has announced the opening of bohème, a boutique hotel in East Austin, scheduled for summer 2026. Located at 400 Comal St., the hotel will feature 20 uniquely designed rooms, each
offering a personalized experience reflecting Austin's culture and history. Originally a sustainable apartment building, bohème has been transformed in collaboration with Baldridge Architects. The hotel will include a rooftop bar, lobby bar, and grocer, with additional food offerings by Nova Hospitality. The design aims to create an intentional and textured environment connected to the local neighborhood.
