The boutique property will feature 92 ultra-luxury waterfront homes, combining the elegance of the Rosewood brand with oceanfront living. Coastal Construction is the general contractor, with full completion expected by early 2027. The residences range from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet, offering expansive layouts and sweeping waterfront views. The design, inspired by the natural beauty of the area, features modern architecture and classic sophistication, with interiors by Studio Piet Boon.
