Shireen Gammoh, formerly of Howden Re, will lead Mezura Capital as CEO. Gammoh brings extensive experience in retrospective, structured reinsurance, and capital solutions. Pine Walk, founded in 2017, has grown significantly, establishing 17 businesses on its platform and reaching a GWP of $1 billion in 2025.
