Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (AOS) has commenced production of its Intelligent Power Module (IPM5) products at the newly inaugurated Kaynes Semicon facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The facility, opened with the presence of Prime Minister Narendra

The IPM5 modules integrate 17 different dies into a single package, designed for next-generation motor controls and energy-efficient appliances.
