The property spans approximately 18 acres and includes five buildings, such as retail spaces, warehouses, and a restaurant. The new owners, Alexander Gulick and Vincent Godin, have not disclosed their plans for the site. The previous owners, Tom and Pam Cronin, revitalized the attraction in the late 1990s, adding
new exhibits and a zipline. The Shell Factory closed to the public in 2024.
