Organic produce sales rose by 5% to $22.7 billion, with notable increases in berry, citrus, and banana sales. The organic grocery category saw a 4.2% increase, reaching $15.7 billion, driven by higher sales in organic baby food and dried beans, fruits, and vegetables. Organic beverage sales also grew by 7% to $10.2 billion, reflecting a rising demand for products with functional and wellness benefits. Additionally, organic dairy and egg sales increased by 13% to $9.6 billion, and organic beef sales surged by 44% to $1.4 billion.
