The Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA) held a prestigious event in Doha, celebrating the resilience and creativity of designers from the MENA region. Hosted by Queen Latifah and Egyptian actor Aiman Kaissouni,
the event took place at a museum with a stunning backdrop, where seven winners were selected from 21 finalists. The jury included notable figures such as Christian Louboutin and Giambattista Valli. Moroccan-born Youssef Drissi won the Ready-to-Wear Award for his label Late for Work, which is known for its deconstructed approach to everyday fashion staples. Saudi Arabia-born Ziyad Al Buainain received the Eveningwear Award for his innovative gowns that transform with simple adjustments. The event highlighted the strength and creativity of the region's designers, who continue to tell their stories despite challenging circumstances.
