Girish Saligram, President and CEO of Weatherford, stated that the acquisition is a natural complement to their completions strategy and will enhance the application fit of their well construction products portfolio. The transaction is expected to provide opportunities to deploy NCS technologies across Weatherford's global customer base and realize at least $15 million in annual cost synergies within 18 months of closing.
