of cashmere specialist Eric Bompard, is credited with modernizing the brand and enhancing its financial performance during her tenure. Her extensive experience includes roles at prestigious fashion houses such as Hermès, Zadig & Voltaire, Celine, and Louis Vuitton. Werschine succeeds Andy Lew, who has been in the position since July 2025, and will also assume responsibilities previously managed by Siddhartha Shukla, the former deputy general manager who left in March. Shukla had been instrumental in elevating the positioning of Lanvin, Paris's oldest haute couture house.
