Vincent Poulingue has been appointed as the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Paris, effective May 18, 2026. Poulingue brings over two decades of experience in international luxury hospitality, having
previously served as General Manager at Hôtel du Palais Biarritz. His career includes leadership roles at globally recognized brands such as Hyatt's The Unbound Collection, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Barrière Group. Poulingue is known for his expertise in repositioning landmark properties and delivering operational excellence. He holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI (Cornell University–ESSEC Business School) and will report to Philippe Kronberg, AVP Operations.
