John Lewis has announced a partnership with catering company Benugo to revamp 32 of its in-store restaurants. The new menus will feature deli, bakery, and handmade pizza options using locally-sourced ingredients. The revamped restaurants will operate under a new brand name, to be revealed when the first six sites reopen in the summer. The redesign will begin with locations in London, Chichester, Bluewater, Norwich, Nottingham, and Reading, with the full transition expected by 2027.
