longer engage in heavy weightlifting or regular running. Speedflex, a form of high-intensity training that uses hydraulic resistance, allows him to work out without aggravating his knees, back, and ankles. This method provides resistance proportional to the effort exerted, minimizing joint impact. Shearer complements his Speedflex sessions with cycling, which he practices two to three times a week.
