The ranking, based on surveys of alumni and participating schools, highlights that AGSM graduates have seen a salary increase of over 21% since graduation. The Financial Times report also indicates that the average salary for Online MBA graduates has reached its highest level, although inflation has minimized real-term gains. The ranking underscores the importance of personal development, career advancement, and management development as key motivators for pursuing an Online MBA.
