These icons light up in the signature orange and white when a player successfully makes a free throw, providing a visual cue alongside the fraction indicating the number of foul shots. This innovation marks USA Network's inaugural season of airing WNBA games, following its split from NBC Universal under the new Versant banner. The network plans to broadcast the second-most regular-season games this year, as well as some postseason games and five of the seven WNBA Finals games, which will also be available on Peacock.
