Homeware retailer Dunelm has announced the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team as part of its growth strategy. Laura Harricks has been named Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and will join the company in early March. Harricks previously held the same position at Ocado Retail and has experience with Monsoon Accessorize and Currys. Caroline Angell has been appointed as Chief People Officer (CPO) and will assume her role immediately. Angell has a background in people-focused roles within the retail sector, having worked at Kingfisher, Currys, and Sainsbury’s. Dunelm CEO Clo Moriarty expressed enthusiasm about the new hires, emphasizing the importance of their roles in executing the company's growth plans.
