The Hilton Global Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Hilton, has announced a significant investment of $5.4 million in 18 nonprofit organizations worldwide. This marks the foundation's largest annual investment to date, aimed at expanding career opportunities, enhancing community resilience, and improving global travel experiences. The grants align with Hilton's 'Travel with Purpose' strategy, focusing on creating pathways into hospitality careers, equipping youth with job-ready skills, addressing food insecurity, and reducing waste. The initiative is expected to create over 170,000 learning and career opportunities, provide more than 400,000 meals, and prevent nearly 350,000 pounds of carbon emissions from food waste.
