to integrate PerfectStay's technology with HBX Group's extensive global hotel inventory and distribution capabilities. The move is part of HBX Group's strategy to expand its role in the B2B2C travel market, which is valued at approximately USD 50 billion. PerfectStay's dynamic packaging engine and white-label storefront capabilities will be fully integrated into HBX Group's technology infrastructure, enhancing operational and commercial synergies.
