During the 2025-26 season, Hundley played for St. Thomas University in the NCAA, where he recorded 12 points, including six goals and six assists, over 38 games. His performance earned him a spot on the 2025-26 CCHA All-Rookie Team. Prior to his college career, Hundley played for the Fargo Force in the USHL, where he accumulated 16 points and 74 penalty minutes in 58 regular season games.
