Rideback RISE, a nonprofit creative incubator founded by producer Dan Lin, has partnered with Highways Lab and Adobe to launch two career development programs aimed at supporting emerging filmmakers and editors. The Highways Lab Directors Program offers a $50,000 grant to help filmmakers complete a short film, while the Gloria Schoemann Program provides mentorship and exposure for mid-career bilingual editors. Named after the renowned Mexican editor Gloria Schoemann, the initiative seeks to honor her contributions to cinema while supporting today's bilingual editors.
