Valparaiso is set to debut its new Sand + Steel Art Fest from June 26-28, 2026, at Central Park Plaza. Organized by Valparaiso Events and the Valparaiso Creative Council, the festival will feature over 40 local artists and performers. The event aims to highlight
regional talent with live art demonstrations, performances, and free art activities. The event will also include a performance by the South Shore Orchestra and the world premiere of a piece by composer Jared M. Coller.
