What's Happening?
The National Pension Commission (PenCom) and Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) have launched the PENCAP Data Recapture Self-Service Platform. This online application allows Retirement Savings Account
(RSA) holders to update their personal records remotely. The initiative targets RSA holders who joined the Contributory Pension Scheme before July 2019 and have not yet updated their data. The platform aims to enhance data integrity and improve service delivery by providing a secure and convenient method for data recapture. This move is part of PenCom's efforts to modernize pension administration through digital solutions.
