Arcadia University and Acts Retirement-Life Communities have announced a partnership aimed at expanding workforce development and professional training programs for Acts employees across nine states. This
collaboration provides access to over 150 workforce certificate programs through Arcadia University’s Workforce Development initiative. The programs focus on areas such as allied health, skilled trades, and leadership development, and are offered in online and hybrid formats to accommodate working professionals. Acts Retirement-Life Communities operates 28 continuing care retirement communities and employs over 8,600 workers, serving approximately 11,000 residents. The partnership is designed to help employers address changing workforce demands through employee training and career development.
