VicScreen, a creative agency under the Victorian Government, has announced the appointment of Sacha Gregson as its new Director of Content and Talent. Gregson, who previously served as Head of Production at ABC Screen, will begin her new role on April
7th. Her career began at the BBC, and she has held various senior positions at ABC since 2003, focusing on children's programming, Indigenous programs, sports, events, and entertainment. Gregson has also led Content Investment and Policy for ABC Entertainment and Specialist. In her new role, she will lead a team dedicated to supporting the local film, television, and digital games sectors in development, financing, and production. VicScreen CEO Caroline Pitcher praised Gregson's experience in commissioning, production, and screen policy, highlighting her creative insight and governance expertise.
