What's Happening?
The Forest Preserves of Winnebago County is introducing its first Professional Golf Association Junior League team at Atwood Homestead Golf Course. The league is open to children aged 6-13, offering both recreational and competitive opportunities. Coached
by Bobby VanSistine, the league provides participants with team kits and discounts on special orders. The season begins in late May, with practices and matches scheduled through July. Registration is open until May 25, 2026, with a fee of $300 per player.
