Brillstein Entertainment Partners has announced the promotion of Dari Bani to Manager, Comedy, and elevated Geordan Somerville and Julia Weinstock to Coordinator positions within the comedy department. The promotions were announced by comedy department co-heads
Alex Murray and Tim Sarkes, who praised the trio for their contributions to the sustainability and development of the department. Bani, who joined Brillstein in 2017, has a background in music and comedy touring from WME and has supported notable talents such as Nate Bargatze and Jim Gaffigan. Somerville, a University of Maryland graduate, joined Brillstein in 2021 and has worked with Emmy nominee Ellory Smith and TikTok phenom Jimmy Cash. Weinstock, a graduate of Indiana University, joined Brillstein in 2022 and has co-repped clients like Martin Short.
