Donohoe Hospitality Services has announced the promotion of Malcolm Mitchell to the position of Vice President of Restaurants & Bars. Mitchell, an award-winning chef and author, has over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. Prior to this role,
he served as the corporate director of restaurants and bars at Donohoe, where he was instrumental in developing innovative concepts for hotels and fostering community partnerships. His previous experience includes being the executive chef and owner of The M Chef Group in New York and serving as an adjunct professor at Prince Georges Community College. Mitchell's culinary achievements have been recognized with several awards, including Richmond Magazine's Best New Restaurants in 2014 and Baltimore Sun's Best New Chef in 2017.
