American Uranium (ASX:AMU) is set to conduct a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to raise funds for its exploration activities at the Lo Herma Project in Wyoming, USA. The offer will allow shareholders to purchase one new share for every six
existing shares at a price of $0.12 each. Additionally, a one-for-two free attaching offer will be available, with options exercisable at $0.16, expiring on June 30, 2029. The entitlement offer is scheduled to open on May 1, 2026, and close on May 15, 2026. The funds raised will be allocated to various activities at the Lo Herma Project, including expansion and infill drilling, hydrogeological and metallurgical studies, and covering landholding costs. Recently, American Uranium expanded the Lo Herma Project by acquiring 1,040 acres of new uranium mineral rights and 29 new federal mineral lode mining claims, totaling approximately 490 acres. The company plans to release an updated resource estimate and Scoping Study for the project in the third quarter of 2026.
