Havi Group has introduced its first two Vector eCool-equipped trailers in Portugal, marking a significant move towards electrifying its cold chain operations. The Vector eCool system, developed in collaboration with Carrier Transicold, Addvolt, and SAF-Holland, features a fully electric, autonomous refrigeration unit that eliminates the need for a diesel engine. This system combines electric refrigeration with energy regeneration during movement and energy storage, ensuring continuous refrigeration even when the vehicle
