What's Happening?
The Sundance Institute has announced the selection of 10 fellows and eight projects for its 2026 Episodic Lab, which will take place at Dunaway Gardens in Newnan, Georgia, from May 15 to 20. The lab aims to support emerging writers by providing guidance
from established showrunners and development executive producers. This year's fellows include Carmiel Banasky, Jeremy Dauber, Olivia Krebs, and others, who will work on projects ranging from climate storytelling to exploring sociopolitical norms.
