What's Happening?
The DCSAA high school boys basketball championships in Washington D.C. are scheduled for March 1 at George Washington University. The Class AA championship will feature St. John's Cadets against Sidwell Friends Quakers, both of whom secured their spots
with victories in the semifinals. In the Class A bracket, Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons will face KIPP DC Legacy College Prep Bulldogs. The Pythons are favored after a decisive win in the semifinals, but the Bulldogs have shown resilience, narrowly winning their semifinal match. Both championship games promise competitive matchups, with the Class A game at 3 p.m. and the Class AA game at 7 p.m.
