The Chambray, a new boutique hotel in historic downtown Roswell, Georgia, has officially begun construction. Developed by DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company, and operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the hotel is part of Hyatt's JdV Collection. Scheduled to open in Summer 2027, The Chambray will feature 125 guest rooms, a coffee and patisserie bar, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, and a rooftop sushi restaurant. The design, inspired by Roswell's textile history, will include curated fabrics and artwork. The hotel aims to attract visitors to explore local attractions and natural surroundings.
