Zelim's AI-enabled ZOE man-overboard detection system has received ISO 21195:2020 certification from Lloyd's Register, following successful sea trials on a cruise vessel. The system achieved a 97% detection rate during simulated tests, exceeding ISO requirements.
ZOE is the first system capable of detecting both adults and children, offering a solution to meet requirements outlined in The Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2010. The certification is expected to positively impact the cruise industry and maritime sector.
