The Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos, a 115-key boutique property, provides 6,300 square feet of meeting space and is situated near the Santa Cruz Mountains. It was renovated in 2021 with a Craftsman-inspired design and is close to local attractions like the New Museum Los Gatos and Hakone Gardens.
Why It's Important?
This acquisition by Peregrine Hospitality signifies a strategic expansion into Northern California's drive-to-leisure markets, which are popular for their scenic beauty and proximity to major urban centers. By acquiring these properties, Peregrine Hospitality is positioning itself to capitalize on the growing demand for leisure travel in the region. The Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel are well-situated to attract both local and international tourists, offering a blend of natural beauty and modern amenities. This move could enhance Peregrine's competitive edge in the hospitality industry, potentially increasing its market share and revenue streams.
