The BBC has announced the cast for its upcoming series 'Hamburg Days,' which will depict The Beatles' early years performing in Germany. Rhys Mannion will portray John Lennon, Ellis Murphy as Paul McCartney, Harvey Brett as George Harrison, and Louis
Landau as Stu Sutcliffe. The series, set in the 1960s, will explore the band's beginnings in Hamburg's nightclub scene. It is produced by W&B Television and Turbine Studios, with AGC Television and ZDF as co-financiers. The series is inspired by Klaus Voormann's autobiography and is directed by Christian Schwochow.
