What's Happening?
AAT Kings has announced the launch of its 'A-LISTERS ON LOCATION' rewards incentive, aimed at recognizing and celebrating top-performing travel agents globally. This initiative follows the success of last year's inaugural program. The incentive is open
to agents who excel during the period from January 1 to July 31, 2026. Eligible agents can win a Top Achievers Tour, an immersive adventure in a mystery destination, set to be revealed in May 2026. The selection criteria include the highest passenger numbers and the strongest year-on-year growth. Additionally, two global 'wild cards' will be awarded to participants in the AAT Kings A-Listers Training & Rewards program. Agencies can combine sales across their teams, and winning agencies can nominate a standout consultant for the reward experience. The Top Achievers Tour will span six days and five nights, offering agents a chance to experience AAT Kings destinations firsthand.
Why It's Important?
This initiative by AAT Kings is significant as it not only rewards top-performing agents but also strengthens relationships with trade partners. By incentivizing agents, AAT Kings aims to boost sales and enhance brand loyalty. The program encourages agents to promote AAT Kings' guided holidays and Short Breaks, potentially increasing bookings and revenue. For the agents, this offers a unique opportunity to experience the destinations they sell, enhancing their ability to provide informed recommendations to clients. The program also fosters a competitive spirit among agents, driving them to achieve higher sales targets. Overall, this initiative could lead to increased market presence and customer satisfaction for AAT Kings.
What's Next?
The next steps involve agents striving to meet the incentive criteria by July 31, 2026. AAT Kings will announce the mystery destination for the Top Achievers Tour in May 2026. Agencies will continue to track their performance, aiming to qualify for the rewards. The announcement of winners and the subsequent tour will likely generate further interest and participation in future incentive programs. AAT Kings may also evaluate the program's success and consider expanding or modifying it based on feedback and results.
