Lux Capital, and Construct Capital. The company, which is 18 months old, previously raised $76.5 million in a Series A round. Amca is focused on expanding its manufacturing capabilities, particularly through its RAPID software platform, which aims to modernize legacy component manufacturing. The company has also acquired BC Systems, a power electronics supplier involved in classified defense programs. Amca operates six critical component factories across California, Iowa, and New York, producing components for major aerospace and defense companies like Boeing and GE Aerospace.
