Moore, a seasoned hospitality leader with over two decades of experience, will oversee culinary operations across several of the hotel's dining venues, including San Morello, Evening Bar, The Brakeman, and Penny Red's. She will also manage in-room dining, banquets, and events, aiming to deliver a cohesive and high-quality hospitality experience. Moore's career includes significant roles at NoHo Hospitality Group in New York City, where she contributed to the success of venues like the Greenwich Hotel and Locanda Verde. Since relocating to Detroit in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in the Shinola Hotel's operations,
helping it earn prestigious industry recognitions.
