What's Happening?
Principled Consulting Services, a veteran-owned executive advisory firm based in Wichita, Kansas, has introduced a new executive education program called 'The Change Imperative: An Executive Masterclass
in Leading Organizational Transformation.' This program is designed for C-suite leaders and board members who are responsible for implementing enterprise-wide changes. The course, which launched on May 18, 2026, is a five-to-six-week, self-paced program aimed at providing a disciplined, systems-level methodology for leading organizational transformation. The program is built around the firm's proprietary StrategIQ Mindset and Agincourt Principle frameworks, which are informed by C-suite experience and military strategic doctrine. Participants will learn to diagnose structural and cultural barriers, design organizational architecture, and construct a change-leadership system, among other skills. By the end of the course, participants will produce a Transformation Command Plan, a board-ready blueprint for immediate deployment.
Why It's Important?
The launch of 'The Change Imperative' addresses a significant gap in leadership capabilities, as only 34% of organizational change strategies succeed after implementation, and 84% of private-sector leaders reported feeling unprepared for future disruptions as recently as 2025. This program aims to equip senior leaders with the necessary tools to navigate and lead through complex transformations effectively. The initiative is crucial for industries such as healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and higher education, where rapid changes and disruptions are common. By enhancing the strategic capabilities of executives, the program could lead to more successful transformations, thereby improving organizational resilience and competitiveness in the market.
What's Next?
Principled Consulting Services plans to expand its executive education ecosystem with additional programs tailored to different stages of leadership responsibility. Following 'The Change Imperative,' the firm will offer 'Strategic Intelligence,' a six-week live cohort program starting on June 2, 2026, aimed at developing strategic mastery for seated leaders. The company is also planning to expand its services internationally, with potential growth into the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and India. As these programs roll out, they are expected to attract a diverse range of executives seeking to enhance their leadership skills and drive successful organizational transformations.
