Showcase. The updated mobile design, which includes a 'Clips' feature for short-form vertical videos, was previously tested in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, India, and Malaysia. It is set to launch in South Korea and Japan in July. The 'Clips' feature is designed to cater to viewers with limited time, offering curated collections based on user mood, interests, and genres. In the gaming sector, Netflix is focusing on the Netflix Playground project, adding six mini-games based on the animated musical film 'KPop Demon Hunters,' which has garnered over 518 million views. Initially launched in the US, Canada, and the UK, Netflix Playground aims to retain family audiences by expanding globally.
